Guardian Track Team - Headed to Sectionals! Congratulations to SMA Track for qualifying for sectionals in the following events— boys 100, girls 400, boys 800, girls and boys 1600, girls 4x400, and the boys 3200! In addition, Sophomore Elsa Henry broke the school record (again) in the mile! The new record is now 5:16 and she will advance to the sectional round next weekend. Congratulations Sarah Ball! We celebrate the signing day for recent graduate, Sarah, who has enlisted in the Army National Guard. Basic training will begin late August followed by training as a Combat Engineer. St. Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Congratulations Senior Lacrosse! When asked to describe the seniors, Coach Eric Davis shared, “Teresa "T" Baldwin is inspiring, she never quits and pushes herself. Katie "Tweety" Twenter is a leader through her determined example and a true team player. Lily "Fish" Salmond is the ultimate encourager, always praising her teammates.”

MAKING HISTORY AND STATE BOUND! Congratulations to the 2022 SMA Boys Golf Team, the first to qualify as team for state golf! In addition, four individuals are state qualifiers! Congratulations Mark McNamara (2nd place), Max Ellis, Joseph McNamara, and Adam DiMarco. #GuardUp

On the feast of St. Agnes of Montepulciano, St. Michael the Archangel Catholic High School enrolled 11 students into the Angelic Warfare Confraternity. Members of the Confraternity take Our Lady and St. Thomas Aquinas as special patrons who assist its members in spiritual battle, the pursuit of Truth and the cultivation of purity and chastity. Congratulations!

It was a bittersweet breakfast for our St. Michael Inclusive Learning Enhancement Zone (SMILE) students and their mentors before the Seniors departed this week. Over the school year, the students and mentors build a beautiful bond worth celebrating. Perhaps, the mentor relationship is one the most unique aspects of our inclusive education program. Mentors are Junior and Senior level students chosen by faculty members based on their outstanding leadership qualities, strong academic track and dedication to the program.
