The SMA Band and Guardian mascot began Catholic Schools Week by welcoming students at Our Lady of Presentation as they made their way into school this morning!

Over the weekend St. Michael the Archangel student Leo Miller competed in the Family Career Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) STAR competition in Belton, Missouri. Leo represented SMA in conjunction with Summit Tech. Not only did Leo walk away with a gold medal in his Entrepreneur division, but he will now be competing in the State FCCLA competition in March! Good luck Leo!

Celebrate Catholic Schools week with our Annual Fun Night! Join us next Wednesday, January 31 starting at 6:00 p.m. for the Guardian Spirit Games and Dodgeball for Diapers. It's fun for the whole family! Entry is $5 and all proceeds will be donated to Happy Bottoms.

Our SMA girls swim team was on fire this weekend at the COMO Invite! New PRs all around! Avery Frick took 3rd place overall in the 50 freestyle and 9th place in the 100 fly. Ava Ventimiglia and Elsa Henry both received individual State consideration times.

SMA Glitter Girls showed up and came home with some hardware! Taking 3rd place in Lyrical, 3rd place in Mix, and 3rd place in Hiphop at the LSN Invitational.

Tonight the St. Michael the Archangel wrestling team will be honoring SMA junior, Sampson Stillwell before tonights meet. Sampson has had an outstanding wrestling career here at SMA with only 2 high school losses! Sampson has already committed to wrestling at Mizzou after graduation in 2025. We are proud of all your accomplishments!
