Science Student of the Month: 1st Semester November of 2020
St. Michael the Archangel Catholic High School (SMA) has awarded the science student of the month to junior AP Biology student, Delaney Stoettner, who was nominated by her instructor, Mr. Pitts. In May, Delaney will take the AP Biology exam and if she receives a passing score she may be eligible to obtain college credit for Biology at the college she will attend. Delaney was nominated for this award because of her excellent work ethic and for excelling in the classroom. She received a perfect score on one of her recent AP Biology exams. Delaney’s ability to ask intelligent questions helps the entire class have a deeper understanding of the material. Delaney has a positive attitude in the classroom and her great attitude is contagious. Delaney enjoys AP Biology because it challenges her every day. Delaney appreciates the SMA community and being involved in various activities at our school. Congratulations Delaney on your noteworthy accomplishment in science!
